Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
If there is a specific promotion offered for a Live Your Bloom product, it may be possible to issue a money-back guarantee when three conditions will have been met. You will be required to:
1) request your refund within 30 days of the purchase. After that time period, there will not be any refunds available.
2) supply proof that you did at least half of the work i.e. watched and completed videos, worksheets, PDFS and/or assignments
3) provide a written detailed explanation about what part(s) of the course was (were) unsatisfactory or in conflict with the description of the course. My goal is to improve and provide good service and I welcome honest feedback.
If the Company agrees with you, the payment processor will be notified to issue the refund without responsibility concerning the timeliness of the payment. Once the company issues the agreement, you will no longer have access to any and all parts of the specific course. This service will only be available for one course offered by Live Your Bloom.
